Welcome to Condo IV at The Great Outdoors RV & Golf Resort!

On behalf of the Condo IV Board of Directors, I'd like to extend a warm welcome to both our longtime residents and those who have recently joined our community. My name is Dr. Blaine A. Littlefield, and it is my privilege to serve as President of Condo IV.

Whether you've called Condo IV home for years or have just purchased your property, we're glad you're here. We believe Condo IV is a special place, filled with friendly neighbors, beautiful surroundings, and a strong sense of community. While we may be a little biased, we think it's the best neighborhood in The Great Outdoors!

If you're new to Condo IV, congratulations on your purchase. We hope you'll quickly feel at home and enjoy everything our community has to offer. One of our Welcome Committee members will likely stop by to introduce themselves, and my wife and I also look forward to meeting you personally. Please don't hesitate to stop by and say hello.
